Menu Planning. But on Saturday.

I haven't posted a menu plan for a couple weeks. Mostly because we've been eating leftovers, and mystery foods made from whatever is in the cupboard or freezer. For example, yesterday I made homemade ravioli's and stuffed them with leek, potato, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese with a creamy white sauce . And salad from left over lettuce, tomato, and carrots. They scarfed it all down though!
So here is a tentative menu for the next 9 or so days...

Hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, sausages, and toast. We like breakfast any time of the day.

Baked beans, hotdogs, frozen veggies.

Broccoli soup, homemade bread. This is good because we use up the broccoli that's been hanging out in the freezer the last week or so.

Fish and chips, mac n cheese, green beans.

Shepard's Pie.

Homemade corned beef, cabbage and potatoes.

Chili and corn bread, and salad.

Chicken stuffing casserole.

Homemade French Onion Soup, homemade dinner rolls, salad.

I'll probably make some cookies, and desserts and rice pudding along the way just to make things more interesting, and so I have some snacks around. We always eat our leftovers for lunch the next day. If Kevin doesn't eat them for breakfast.
