I've been busy trying to get my Christmas presents done. How crazy is that? Mostly because I didn't do anything before Christmas because Kevin was home and I wanted to take advantage of our time together.
This little guy is for my mother in law who is a breast-cancer survivor, hence the little pink ribbon.
The tag looks dorky in this picture because I didn't bother to move it to snap the pic.

Speaking of cancer...I ran in to some friends of ours and the wife half of the couple confided that she had surgery just recently to remove some pre-cancerous tissue from her cervix. She said the doctor assured her that it's quite common, but they will keep an eye on her.
Prayers sent her way. She's a very sweet girl.

It is FREEZING cold. It was a high of 46 today. I know you're saying it gets colder other places...but this is California for goodness sake! They were threatening us with snow even! I had to go buy Anthony a coat because all he has is sweatshirts...We're just not used to this crazy cold weather. We're warm climate people. We like our sunshine and afternoon breeze off the ocean.
