Simple Happiness.

This evening I stood in the kitchen (barefoot haha!) making blue berry muffins from scratch, and watched Annie run around with her huge bubble wand in the back yard. She chased those gigantic bubbles as far as she could before they popped. At the other end of the yard Anthony worked with my brother on becoming a proficient archer. I do believe his arms are about as skinny as the bow, but that didn't deter him much from trying to draw the string. ...A fresh pile of wood is laying next to the garden plot, waiting to be made into raised beds that will hold the seeds that the kids and I started this afternoon.

Happy sigh. It's good stuff, those simple things.
