The kids and I arrived up here in Santa Rosa yesterday at about noon. It was such a smooth ride! I was up at 3am and out the door by 4am with two sleepy-heads curled up in pj's and blankets. The only slightly scary part of the ride was going over the Grapevine with it pouring down rain and then snow. The scenery was pretty though. By the time we got to that point in the ride the sun was just starting to rise and you could see the snow covered hills/mountains.
We'll be here for a couple more days, and then we'll head back home! Hope everyone is having a good week.
