I love making things for this time of year. It's so homey to me.
I like being able to sit and look at all the sparkling things on the tree and be happy and joyful. Sometimes, even being so grown up now (haha), that feeling of expectation still sneaks in there and I can almost feel like something magical is going to happen in a short while.
Even if I am just pretending, it's still fun to feel that way for a while.
