Gabi JUST did this to her Madame Alexander baby YESTERDAY! I swear! I have tried Mr. Clean Eraser on a few occassions for dolls but had no luck. Something about the color of the ink. But, it's always worth a try.
A little research revealed that using Oxy 10 face cleaner on your baby dolls pen marks will remove them after a few applications. I'm going to try it and see how it works.

We have a couple of babies that look like that. I keep meaning to see if magic eraser will work on it.
