Homecoming...and going home!

OK, so my break wasn't as long as I led everyone to believe. But it's been good. And things are going faster that I thought they would.

Kevin got home on Saturday, shortly before 4 in the afternoon. It was great! I decorated the car and brought him balloons. He was pretty happy to be home. And he keeps saying he's so happy to be home, which is really really nice to hear. Anthony is crazy happy to have him here. Anneliese is still figuring him out, but she's getting comfortable with him. I left them with him this afternoon to run some errands and she was perfectly fine. Albeit, she drove him nuts (Haha) climbing on everything and being bossy. That's typical Anneliese behavior though:) I'm trying to remember that he's here. I have a habit of trying to do everything myself, and taking over when the kids are acting up...but he's tolerating me which is good! The kids listen well when he talks. Let's hope that lasts!

Anyway...

Pendleton housing has a house ready for us and Kevin has to be checked in by the 10th, so we'll be seriously packing up and moving by the middle of next week. It's really exciting. I can't wait. It'll be so nice to have our own place, with our own things, without feeling like I'm a guest in my own house. Yay.
