Best ever bread recipe

I might have posted this before, but I just love this recipe so much.

Have a go at it. It's really yummy.

You need

1/2 c warm water

1 package dry yeast

1/2 c warm milk

1 egg

1/3 c sugar

1 tsp salt

3 3/4 c all purpose flour

1/4 c butter

To start, mix your yeast and warm water together in a large bowl. Set aside. Warm your milk, and butter and sugar together until the butter is melted. Set aside. Scramble your egg. Mix all these wet ingredients together. Add the flour and salt together, and pour into wet mixture. Stir it all until it comes together. It will be sticky but that is ok. Cover and let rise for about 2 hours, or until doubled in size. Punch down the dough and then knead in enough flour to make it easy enough for you to shape, but not stiff. It should still be pretty sticky, so maybe 1/4 flour. Shape as desired, and let rise for another hour. Preheat your oven to 400. Bake the bread for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and hollow sounding when tapped on the bottom.

Yummy.
