Try this.

I'm always baking something.
Try this bananna bread. It's really yummy.

3 ripe banannas
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Mash the bananna's until fairly smooth. Add mayonnaise, eggs, and vanilla and mix thoroughly. Add dry ingredients and mix until ingredients are all incorporated. Pour into greased 9 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees until a toothpick comes out clean. About an hour.

And if you don't like bananna's try these cookies.
